Media can be used for multiple purposes: a helpful image makes an answer easier to understand. And an educational video can help customers choose the right answers.
1. Add images to answers
1. Click on the desired question in Conversation and open the Media tab on the right.
2. Under Media type, select "Answers with image" from the list.
💡 Good to know: The minimum image size is 560x300 pixels. Need a template to get your image in the right size? Click!
3. Drag an image to the desired answer or click on the tile to add an image. This can also be a moving image (.gif)!
4. Use Preview to view the result.
💡 Good to know: Be sure to include a picture for each answer with the chosen question!
2. Add a video to a question
1. Make sure your video is on Youtube.
2. Copy the YouTube URL, share link or embed code from the video.
3. Click on the desired question in Conversation and open the Media tab on the right.
4. Under Media type, select "Question with video" from the list.
5. Paste the YouTube URL, share link or embed code from your video.
6. Use Preview to view the result.
