When do you use an info page?
A good product finder is easy and quick to go through. Questions and answers are preferably kept as short as possible, and with short info texts accompanying your question and answers, you can often inform your customer sufficiently.
But sometimes you want to inform customers in more detail, for example, about the consequence of a choice made, or about the questions that are still to come. With this extra information you ensure that your customer understands the product finder and the advice better and can make better decisions.
In a product finder about pillows, you can let customers with back or shoulder pain know in an info page that a new pillow is probably not the solution to their symptoms. You can suggest contacting an expert to discuss the customer's situation in detail. Or you can indicate that a mattress will probably help solve the complaints, with a link to your Mattress product finder.
You can also use an info page as an alternative advice page. Instead of an advice with products, your customers see a message that applies to their situation. Suppose you currently only have accessories for certain brands in your product range, and your customer indicates that their brand is not among the options. You can then direct the customer to an alternative advice page in which you ask them to contact you so that you can look for a solution together. One solution could be to include specific accessories of the desired brand in the product range.

4. Use Optional info for information that is less important.
