For example, the advice page might look like this:

‍

Roadmap

1. In the overview in Conversation , click Advice.

2. Review the tabs on the right: Content, Product content and (optional) Customer contact. Fill in and use what is needed for good advice.

Content

This is where you set up the main content of your advice page.

1. Give your advice page a header and an introduction β†’ this text is what the customer sees at the top of the advice page.

In the example at the top of this article, we use for the header: "Let's go!" and for the intro: "These hiking boots are the perfect fit for you." In 'Additional information' you can put something about delivery times, for example.

2. In the section under No results, you can enter alternative text that customers see when no products fit their preferences and requirements. We recommend using this only if you are using one or more filters. Want to know more? Read: Set a question as a filter.

‍

Product content

Use the second tab to set the content of your products.

1. You can determine here whether you want to show or not show the 'Best match' label , redirectability (checkmarks and crosses) and price. At product finders about style (home style, garden style) these fields are often turned off.

2. Decide what text should go on your Call to action button. This button is on every product in the recommendation and leads your customer to your product detail page. Think of text like: "View this product", "Show more", or "View more information".

3. You can add additional fields to each product card to show more information about the product. By default, the product card shows the product title, price and selling price (if applicable) from your catalog. You could e.g. add 'size' or 'color' if these fields are available in the catalog.

To do this, go to"Add up to three additional fields (optional)." Select a property from your catalog and decide whether this property needs a label or suffix.

Customer contact

Turn your product finder into a lead generator: Ask customers for their e-mail address so you can send them the advice.

πŸ’‘ Good to know: this feature is available if you have a Professional license or more. Learn more here: Send advice via email.
