Step-by-step
1. Click the + Advice category button in your Aiden environment.
2. Fill in what the product finder is about. Ours is about hiking shoes and is aimed at an English-speaking audience. Then click the Next button.
3. Use the Generate topics button in Conversation to quickly set up a product finder with relevant questions and answers.
4. See if you are satisfied with the proposal. Don't want to use any of the questions? Just try again with the Try again button. The AI-copilot will make a new proposal.
5. Next, select the questions you want to include in the product finder. On the left-hand side, you can add your own suggestions for new question topics. You can repeat this until you’re satisfied.
6. Are you satisfied with Aiden AI's proposal? Then click Add selection.
7. Congratulations! You just made the conversation for your new product finder within minutes 🎉.
8. Check check double check: Go through the app a few more times using Preview to see, for example, whether the tone of voice suits your organization and whether the questions and answers are easy enough. Feel free to delete the info texts if they don't add much to the question. Less is more! Also check our tips for a good product finder.
9. Are you satisfied? Then you can add your products in Products and then match your products to your questions and answers in Matching.
