In advice where multiple products match your customer's wishes equally well, you can influence the order in which they are shown. You do this by having them sorted using a numerical attribute from your feed, such as the price. But for this 'secondary sort' option you can also use an attribute like 'margin'. Below we explain how to set this sorting by margin.
Step-by-step
1. Add the 'margin' information to your feed using a numeric attribute. We recommend to use your feed manager software (e.g. Channable of Channel Engine) for this.
2. In Aiden, make sure you update the feed in the Catalogue section so that the new attribute becomes visible.
3. Go to the Matching section, click on the Settings tab and set in Result settings that you want to sort similar scoring products by the Margin attribute from your feed.
4. Then indicate how you want to sort them (from low to high or from high to low). This of course depends on how you set up your attribute.
5. Hit the 'Save' button.
Finally: Check the result in the Test & Tweak tab. Do the desired products come up in the advice the way you want? Is the advice (still) clear enough for your customer?
